Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vine Health's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Vine Health provides a technology platform that facilitates telehealth services between patients and independent licensed healthcare providers. Vine Health does not practice medicine and is not a healthcare provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Membership and Billing
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vine Health is not liable for any medical decisions made by healthcare providers or for any health outcomes resulting from telehealth services.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
