Sign up
Enroll online in minutes through the Vine platform. Once you are a member you can also sponsor other adults, 18 or older, at the same rate. Payment is monthly and month-to-month.
Meet your care team
You're assigned a consistent Vine care team — a provider and support you'll build a relationship with over time. Your first visit is a welcome and intake, done virtually through the Vine dashboard.
Use your membership
Book visits, request refills, and access your annual wellness exam and lab — all through the Vine dashboard. No copays, no deductibles, no per-visit charges.

What happens after you sign up
No mystery about the first 48 hours. Here's the sequence.
Immediately
You get access to your Vine dashboard — the single place you'll manage everything: visits, care team, refills, labs, and your membership. Your dashboard login is set up during signup.
Within the first few days
Your care team is assigned. You'll be able to see who your provider is in the dashboard and schedule your welcome intake visit at a time that works for you.
Your first visit
The intake visit is a chance for your provider to get to know you — your health history, current medications, what you're managing, and what your goals are. It's the foundation of the ongoing relationship. Done virtually through the Vine platform.
Ongoing use
After the intake, you use Vine as needed — book visits when something comes up, request refills, and schedule your annual wellness exam and lab when it's time.

Book a visit
Anytime you have something that needs a visit — a concern, a follow-up, a check-in on a medication — book through the Vine dashboard. Visit types include acute concerns, chronic condition management, and preventive care check-ins.
Refill your prescriptions
Approximately 1,000 common generic prescriptions are included at $0 cost. Request refills through the Vine dashboard; your care team manages availability and delivery through the platform.
Your annual wellness exam + lab
Once a year, schedule your annual wellness exam and lab panel through the dashboard. Both are included at $0 cost as part of the $70 monthly membership.
Additional lab work
If your care team orders additional lab work beyond the annual wellness panel, it's arranged through the Vine dashboard.

How the employer setup works
Employers offering Vine to their workforce set up through a lightweight employer dashboard.
Set up the employer account
Vine works with the employer or their benefits advisor to set up the employer dashboard and enrollment configuration. Talk to a benefits advisor for details on your specific setup.
Enroll employees
Employees are enrolled through the dashboard or self-enroll through a company-specific link. Enrollment supports full-time and part-time employees, hourly and fractional workforces.
Ongoing management
Hire and term are managed through the employer dashboard. Vine may be compatible with your HRA, ICHRA, or QSEHRA — talk to a benefits advisor to determine what applies. Voluntary and payroll-deduction billing arrangements are available for employers without an HRA in place.
